I’m Nicole, a certified professional coach who works with neurodivergent people navigating burnout, overwhelm, and major life transitions. My role isn’t to fix you, but to help you rebuild trust with yourself and move forward in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

Divergent doesn’t mean broken, deficient, or behind.
It means growing in a different direction under the same conditions.
In science, divergence describes systems that respond uniquely to their environment. In thinking, it refers to minds that explore patterns, ideas, and solutions outside linear or conventional paths.
Many of the world’s most impactful thinkers followed divergent paths. They weren't resisting structure. They resisted systems that couldn’t support the way they were wired.
Your environment can make or break your success.
A cactus thrives in dry soil and bright light.
A fern needs moisture, shade, and humidity.
Put either in the wrong environment, and it won’t flourish. The plant is not weak... its needs aren’t being met.
Humans are no different.
When neurodivergent people struggle, it’s often not a lack of ability or ambition. It’s a mismatch between their internal wiring and the environments they’re expected to survive in.
This work is about changing the conditions, so you can finally grow.

The mind and body are deeply interconnected, especially for neurodivergent individuals. Research in areas like polyvagal theory and psychoneuroimmunology shows that chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation can impact everything from executive function to immune response. In my coaching, I integrate both somatic practices and mindset work to help clients create nervous-system-safe habits that support long-term clarity, resilience, and well-being.

I work with nervous systems, not labels
I intentionally avoid focusing too much on diagnoses in my work. It’s not because they’re meaningless; I’m well-versed in the DSM and diagnostic criteria. But they’re incomplete. Many people are misdiagnosed, misunderstood, or placed into categories that don’t reflect what they actually need.
I’m not here to diagnose or treat. I’m here to help you grow.
My coaching combines nervous system support, mindset shifts, self-compassion, and sustainable strategies. It’s grounded in research and shaped by real-world insight, helping you build a life that works with your wiring rather than against it.
